Retail On-line Shipping:

Our standard lead time for shipping in-stock items is 1-3 working days from receipt of order. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Tyler, Texas via USPS or UPS Standard Ground and Freight Service unless otherwise directed by customer.

Custom Order Shipping:

All custom orders ship 2-4 weeks after final artwork approval. Custom orders are shipped F.O.B. from Tucson, Arizona. All custom orders are final.

Wholesale/Distributor Shipping:

Shipping time will depend on whether order is custom or in-stock product.  All wholesale/distributor orders are shipped F.O.B. from Tucson, Arizona or Tyler, Texas.

Terms and Conditions:

All shipments should be inspected upon receipt for damages and shortages.  Any shortages or damages must be communicated to The Gameface Company within 5 days of receipt of shipment.  Failure to formally notify The Gameface Company within this time period will constitute acceptance of shipment.  We do not accept returns other than faulty shipments or product.  Any returns specifically authorized are subject to prepaid freight and a 25% prepaid restocking fee.
