Artwork requirements

You can supply your own artwork or our art department can take your ideas and create your custom design. Both methods have some requirements or costs associated with them. Please read:

Supplying your own Electronic artwork

• Artwork must be in digital format. (Sorry, but we do not accept film or mechanical artwork.)
• We prefer 300-600 dpi, CMYK

Acceptable File Formats:
• AI (300-600 dpi)

Acceptable Software Applications:
• Adobe Illustrator (CS2 or earlier versions)

Delivery Methods:
• Email
• Mail in a CD
• FTP (Coming Soon!)

Pantone Colors:
• Custom colors are available.
• Please provide your Pantone Matching System (PMS) color numbers on placing your order.

Note:  All fonts need to be converted to outlines.

Production times

Allow 4-5 weeks lead time once artwork is approved for production.
